SCADA system is unacceptably slow to operate and suffers from serious stability issues . The 2 SCADA Server System often fail to match up and will often lose communication with different areas of the plant for seemingly random intervals SCADA Machines Details :· Windows OS with Service Pack = Windows XP Professional Version 2002 Service Pack - 1· RAM =1 GB· Hard Drive Utilised Vs. Spare =C-Drive - 6.22GB / 9.98GB D-Drive - 9.15GB/101GB Software Versions Installed on SCADA machine :Simatic Net System architecture: In addition to other network ,Siemens 6 S7 PLC’s communicating on Ethernet network with the Rsview 32 via CP1613SCADA machine via lan Card over OPC Network Windows System and application log Errors: Please find attached herewith System Log Files and Application log Files for your ready reference Could you please have a glance on the System event message -1.bmp and System event message -2.bmp snapshots ,asthis error keep on coming all the time and slowing down and all the screens freezed out needs to reboot the machine . The three system faults are not critical and all based upon Microsoft tools... and the other application faults are based either on Microsoft or on RS View... so I doubt that this has something to do with SIMATIC NET here. We also have the same problem, from time to time our client screens freezing and can not communicate at all so we avary time restarting server. the profibus network of pls's is working ok, only problem with server part. I can see that you using Win XP, usually for server PC we using Win 2000,2003 servers-they are more powerfull. i also want to know what can cauth problem....
