S110, Motor not releasing the brakes

Shahjee Posts: 111 Rating: (1)	I am using S110 (CU305 PM340) and I replace the motor 1FK70423BK711RA0 with 1FK70423BK711RB0 to add the brake to the motors but when I was commissioning it and change the parameter P1215 = 1 and try to move the motor it was not releasing the brakes can anybody tell me what could be the problem? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Control. Brake with the CU305, S110 Sinamics for one servomotor.

I use relay 24VDC Omron Relay and actuate the coil of the brake with terminals on PM340 as shown in the attached drawing I give 0V at pin "1" and 24V at pin "2" change the part number of the motor in program and change the parameter P1215 to 1 and calibrate the motor to home position but when I try to jog it, it didn't release the brake. The PM340 have a specific brake relay which is designed for the power module 6SL3252-0BB01-0AA0. i don't know if the connector works correctly with other Relay types. Regards Christoph
