S120 In Torque Control Mode

I Need To Run Motor In Torque Control Mode (CU320 And S7-1500 PLC)

What Are The Parameters I Need Set To Control Motor In Torque Mode 

Can Anyone Share Example Program For Torque(Torque Control With Encoder) Using S120 Drives

That´s could be pretty simple. For example you can parametrize Standardtelegramm 1, but set p1501 = 1 and connect PZD2 r2050[1] on p1513=r2050[1]. So control and statusword is like the normal Profidrive state machine and you can send the torque setpoint in relation to p2003.

Maybe you can explain more about your application. It´s a difference if you use a teststand and communicate within 250µs and PROFINET IRT, or if you use it as a winder in VECTOR control. So other concepts in speed control and torquelimiting makes more sense (for example if the motor shoud accelerate to a maximum limit if you have mechanical damage somewhere and so on '(if the motor could accelerate without load).

My Application Is Something Like Tightening  Of Bolt 

So I Have To Set Torque Set-Point In Nm(Must Be Variable Torque Like Speed Set-Point) 

I'm Thinking To Run In Torque Control With Encoder (P1300=23)

I Have Seen That Examples But In That Control Modes Are Speed Control With Encoder (P1300=21)

So I'm Bit Confused I Heve To P1300=21 Or 23 ?

And Its All About Stranded Library Function ?

My Application Very Simple I Will Torque Set-point In Nm...Once Drive Reaches Torque Set-point It Should Stop

With P1300 = 23 its only Torque control with encoder. P1300 = 20 or 21 its speed control with or without encoder. Please note. 

You need to define speed & torque ratio & accordingly set point (reference) is to supplied to CU.

Hello,

You need to go with Technology Controller function with Sinamics configuration or in case of with PLC you need to change PLC CPU with technology function, so as to achieve your application.
