S5 EEPROM Card Reader

v4wade Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Dear Expert @ Siemens, This is my 2nd post regarding 'S5 to S7' converesion Project. My question is... "is there any Siemens make (or of any brand) Card reader to read 'S5 EEPROM' externally (offline mode) ???". e.g. EEPROM is out of S5 PLC. Our client has got programmed EEPROM (as a backup in case of failure of running EEPROM). I got few solutions regarding 'S5 <> USB' compatibility in my earlier post (thnx 2 experts), but those solutions are applicable when EEPROM is in PLC (online mode). but I can't connect Laptop to 'S5 PLC' in running plant. Please provide me MLFB of above said S5 EEPROM card reader (if such item exists) or different procedure to read 'S5 EEPROM' offline. Thanx in advance !!!
