S7-1200 and V90 Faults

I am using sina_pos block and telegram 111 I am getting a few errors. Since I need to feed the sheet for very long time in one direction the encoder of the motor reaches its limit and driver gives the error F7493. Manual reccomends to lower the resolution but if I lower it motor can not feed required size. For example I am using 10000LU = 1mm if I reduce it to 1000LU=1mm it can not feed the correct size. How can I solve this? Is there a virtual encoder option? If there is how can I use it? F7450 standstill monitoring error. standstill window is set to 1000LU(0,1mm) is right now. It's pretty high already. Can it cause because of something else? F7440 Jerk time is limited. P2572 AND 2573 is set to 120000. And p2574 is set to 84168 . I added a zero and made it 841680 it might solve it but would it cause a problem? First 2 questions are more important for me. And thank you in advance. Solution: I activated modular axis from mechanics and it solved 7493 For 2 and 3 I increased the dynamic factor from motor optimization tab and optimized again. It is ok now. Now it drives more precise.

Hello,

here are the remedy for F7493:

The value range (-2147483648 ... 2147483647) for the position actual value representation was exceeded.

If required, reduce the traversing range or position resolution p29247.

Note for case = 3:

If the value for the maximum possible abso-lute position (LU) is greater than 4294967296, then it is not possible to make an adjustment due to an overflow.

For rotary encoders, the maximum possible absolute position (LU) is calculated as fol-lows:

Motor encoder with position tracking:

EPOS: p29247 * p29244

Motor encoder without position tracking:

• For multi-turn encoders:

EPOS: p29247 * p29248 * 4096 / p29249

• For single-turn encoders:

EPOS: p29247 * p29248 / p29249

For example I am using 10000LU = 1mm if I reduce it to 1000LU=1mm it can not feed the correct size. (1000 LU = 1mm => 1LU = 0,001mm).

Maybe Modulo is a solution.

7.2.1 Setting the mechanical system

F7450 standstill monitoring error. standstill window is set to 1000LU(0,1mm) => Trace your positionvalue to evaluate your controller settings and your encoder signal. Use a encoder with a higher resolution and suit your controller settings.

P2572 AND 2573 is set to 120000. Unit is 1000 LU/s² !!

Note: The jerk limiting is internally converted into a jerk time as follows:

Jerk time Tr = max(p2572, p2573)/p2574
