SRT_DINT is the trigger for the interrupt OB (OB2x). If you are using OB2x, then SRT_DINT is required. In contrast QRY_DINT is optional.
Sorry your assumption is not correct. See below in comment. For the purpose of explaining, find included some pictures attached as a ZIP file.
