Hi everyone, I'm working on CPU S7-1200 1214C DC/DC/DC; The CPU can be slave (I/O device) of a controller or the system managed by this CPU can work independently. The problem is this one: If CPU is OFF (no power supply) and then switched ON when the controller isn't connected on the network, the CPU stays in stop mode during about 1 minute then goes to start. I want to bypass this stop mode of 1 minute and go directly on run mode; why this delay? Because if the controller is disconnected when CPU is in run mode, it stays in run mode but with an error that doesn't affect the process... Could someone help me? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

The 60 second delay at startup to run you are seeing is the default time for profinet devices to come online before attempting to start the PLC into run mode. This default setting is adjustable. If you want to adjust it, see how long it takes when everything is ok, and set the profinet time to be maybe double that time.
