S7-1500 counter values hang

kid237 Posts: 158 Rating: (3)	Hello, We have configured our scada system to log pumps running kilowatt/hour. The issue we are facing here is that the kilowatt/hour logging for certain pumps stops logging at certain values. Currently functional logging: 1. Pump 1 = 23437.7 kWh (still logging) 2. Pump 2 = 23275.3 kWh (still logging) 3. Pump 3 = 8495.7 kWh (stopped logging) 4. Pump 4 = 18095.2 kWh (stopped logging) I have attached the PLC program logic ScreenShot as we are unable to determine the reason for this values to stop counting. That means that is not possible add "little" values to "big" values. I suggest you to work with 64 bit Real variables / take a look at the FAQ https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/42469594
