s7-1500 OPC UA server TIA V13

Hello everybody;

I can not configure OPC UA server in s7-1500 with TIA v13 update 1 where s7-1500 firmware version is 1.5 which does not support OPC UA i think. Min required version is 2. I downloaded latest HSP package but i did not work since the package does not have the 1500 cpu with required version. 

What is the solution.

What I do not understand is why updated S7 hardware requires not updated TIA (for example v13 update 3)  but a  TIA  V14. There is no new feature just supporting an update on the already supported hardware. Why do I need to buy a new TIA V14 :) ? Just thinking loudly.

Your right, it should be part of TIA V13 with new update then latest S7 hardware version should be available in V13. But unfortunately this is not possible. With all latest innovation in hardware and software is available in V14.
