S7-1515 and s71515T

Dear All,

I've a motion control project for 4 axis. I need to a offset analog output for all of axis's But I do not see anything to adjust.

What are the hardware differences between S7-1515 and s7-1515T? independent axis control?speed?cycle time?

The S7-1500T CPUs have a faster CPU and more RAM to be able to calculate the MC program and still have the same/similar PLC performance than the same S7-1500 CPU without T.
And no, as far as I know, a S7-1500T without a MC program is not faster then the same S7-1500 CPU without T.

The S7-1515T is optimized to support Technology Objects and motion control.  I don't work for Siemens, so you won't get a great answer from me, at least from what I sense you are looking for.

If you are not doing motion control, don't use a T controller.

Siemens publishes no hardware specifications, but technical data! 
The technical data tells you the performance the user can use, but says nothing on the used hardware. The published technical data is the result of hardware and firmware of the S7-CPU.

With a quick compare of this two CPUs, I saw differences in memory sizes and extended MC resources.

If you don't need the extended synchronous or cam functions, the S7-1515 should be sufficient für 4 axis.

You want to replace a S7-1515 by a FM357-2 or a S7-1515T? Or a S7-1515 with FM357-2 by a S7-1515T?

The FM357-2 is for S7-300 system (or ET 200M) only. As far as I know, it's programmed with G-code, so the kind of programming is different to a S7-1500 or S7-1515T.

You only wrote you have to control 4 axis. The general answer is: Yes, you can do it with a S7-1515 or S7-1515T

• If you habe 4 independent positioning axis you can use S7-1515 
• If you have to synchronize the 4 axis and run them synchronous, you should check if the basic gearing functions of a S7-1515 are sufficient or you need  the advanced gearing functions of a S7-1515T.
• If you need cam function for your 4 drives, you must use a S7-1515T, because cam function is only available in S7-1500T.

If you are doing motion control without encoder feedback, no reason at all to use S7-1515T since the project does not really care about position accuracy.  Be better off to use stepper motors and pole slip detection if you are skipping encoders.

I just reread your first post. You want to use analoge signals. This leads me to to the point you will need an encoder feedback for each drive! Did you notice this?
