S7-1515F-2PN- problem with configuration safety cards

I think you have a problem with your power wiring of all cards.

If I see it right then you wire the supply of the cards as follow:

CPU L+ to module 1 pin 19 (DO)
module 1 pin 39 to module 2 pin 19 (DO)
module 2 pin 39 to module 5 pin 19 (F-DI)
module 5 pin 39 to module 6 pin 19 (F-DO)

The same with the ground (pin 20 and 40 of the modules)

This could not work.

Please look at the manual page 2670
There you can see "Digital output module DQ 32x24VDC/0.5A BA (6ES7522-1BL10-0AA0) wiring"
The pin 19 is the power supply for the second byte of the module.
There is no connection between pin 19 and 39.
That's the reason why the failure "24 V is missing" occurred.

You have no voltage at the F-DI and F-DO Cards at pin 19/20
Please look at page 4827 (F-DI wiring) and page 4898 (F-DO).

The best way is you connect all the modules separately
to the 24V DC/Ground.

the configuration of the cards do at the TIA-Portal ind the hardware config of the card
The connection for switches and sensors could you see in the manual (see the link in my last answer).
There you have a description of the card and also the configuration.

the configuration of the card is depending of the necessary function which you need.
Then you must also assign the safety adress to the card.

I wrote you that you should connect any card seperatly to the 24 V DC.
What was the problem that is dosn't work?

how do you connect the sensors or buttons to the card you can find it in the manual at page 4843 and the following pages.
Important is which safety level do you need.

The assign of the safety address can you do with the device manager
Select the station and then the card, right mouse button and assign profisafe address.
I can write this exactly tomorrow, but I have no TIA there.
