Respected Sir, I have S7 300 memory card of 128 KB which contain a password protected program. So inorder to delete it, I inserted it in field PG and from File--> S7 memory card, selected 'Delete' option. But ther is an error in the process showing that "EPROM : the MMC is defective".And in its Help file it is written that " MMC is formated by other hardware". Please help me how to reset it or is it really defective?.... (pl check the attachment--->printscreen of error) Regards, Rudrani

Hello, If you have another CPU you can try How do you reset a SIMATIC S7-300 CPU and MMC (default reset or overall reset)? Bur i'm afraid it's to late for this MMC, someone tried to erase it with windows? Regards, Marcjan |
