Hello Essam; When you have a SF of BF LED that is active or flashing it is a sign that your CPU is complaining about something in your configuration or your program. Before asking to change memory card or CPU, you should start investigating the source of the problem. These diagnostic LEDs will not turn off until the problem has been solved. The best tool you can se is the diagnostic buffer of the CPU. Open your programming software, connect to the CPU and open the diagnostic buffer. (Select the menu PLC > Diagnostics/Settings > Module Information and Select the "Diagnostic Buffer" tab, in Step 7 v5.5). Since this is the first time you deal with the buffer, use the Save As.. button to have a copy of all existing messages; you can attach the text file here so we can help you understand what is irritating the CPU. The following video shows how to use the diagnostic buffer to diagnose your problems (the interesting part starts around the 2:00 minute mark).
