I think you can only hear some rumors, not more. The one information you can rely on is official announcements, but there is nothing about new series of S7-300.

Aret Posts: 2348 Rating: (265)	You can get something from Siemens presentations (i found them on Internet, but i think not on this site) - but generally Darius is right there is no standart notofication list on upcoming products. Can you tell what exaclty are you interested in? FW3.2 or ...?

Hello Berg, The easiest way is to read Siemens Newsletters. You can let Siemens send you newsletter by logging in Siemens website, go to home and sellect the button "subscribe to our newsletter now!" Then define if you want to recieve an e-mail for FAQs, newsletters, updates, or even product discontinuation announcement. Andalso you will define for which products you will recieve these e-mails. Normally, Siemens sends these e-mails once a week. Please check this picture. And to know more and more details about newsletter, please check the "Guided Tour" button in the buttom of the right hand side colums, then sellect guided tour to Newsletter. Don't think you will ever get them by newsletters. Anyway its a good thing to have

Don't think you will ever get them by newsletters. Anyway its a good thing to have Hello Darius, If you have marked the Update check box in the Newsletter as per my previous post, you will recieve e-mails for phased out prouducts and announcement for the new products that are relesed for delivery. I just wanted to say that you'll never get announcement about for example "soon new series of S7-300 will be released.... and so on". You will only get notification about real action from Siemens: new product released (not anouncement about upcoming release), old product phased out and so on.

Hello Darius, Yes, you are right but you may know the upcomming products if you are one of the development team of Siemens for these products.
