S7-317F-2DP COMMUNICATION TCP FREEZE

AlainGo Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Hi, We have a 6ES7-317-2AJ10-0AB V2.3.3 with a WINCC S7-Comm and a another Device on S7-Comm. The following problem occurs: We have enough ressources on S7 and PG link but suddenly,after 2,3 hours or 30 min ...the number of connections increase, as if the CPU lost the connections, and dont reset the connections and starts news one !!!! We have the same communication on another S7 PLC,s (317, 414 etc..), but not a fail-safe CPU.... Only this one do that... anybody have an idea !!!! We checked the WINCC, the GATEWAY, all is programmed correctly ...

AlainGo Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	We try make an upgrade firmware "ONLINE" to from 2.3.3 to 2.3.4 with this files. But the CPU does not accept the upgrade !!!!!! ... Anyway, The description of this upgrade does not seem to bring of corrective measure has our problem because we do not use a CP, (PN port) I already made several upgrade of CPU, and I never had this reaction. my colleague wrote a post on this subject

We cant use de MMC upgrade, because we dont have PG or MMC reader !!! anyway, normally you can make the upgrade via ONLINE, we try both port (MPI/Profibus) and Ethernet with the same result!!! Because this CPU has an"bizzard" behavior, we start has suspecter this one

OK, it is meant for the so called off-line update, but I can imagine thatit is necessary to use this size because otherwise the OS will not fitt on.

AlainGo Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	It-s not a problem with a capacity of memory... 4MB is enough for that and it's not important with the ONLINE UPGRADE ... anyway my probleme is TCP communication freeze with the integrated port.... and so, the upgrade dos not solve this problem!!! only with the CP340.etc... Thank for your help
