S7-400F + ET200SP F-AI does not reintegrate

Hello guys,

I am new to F systems as I have not configurated nor used failsafe outside some trainings years back in Nuremberg :)
I needed to check some analog signal wiring for our electrical designer and since I have the hardware I tried to make a test configuration on my desk.

I uploaded my HW config as a screenshot in the zip file along with other screenshots from my project.
Just a simple project with CPU + et200sp with a single FAI module.

The FAI DB data shows constant passivation and does not respond to reintegration.
I tried manual reintegration with writing of ACK_REI. I tried F_ACK_GL. I tried automatic reintegration. Now with the latter - my module lights up in green but the signal passivation stays.
All input value words stay zeros. I only have the diagnostic part of the IWs from the module.

I configured the HW, calculated iPar_CRC and entered the value, downloaded the HW config, assigned the safety address to the F-AI module;
In software I compiled the safety program and then downloaded it, called the safety FB from OB1. It executes.
* here is something which might hint something wrong - when I press download in the safety window after comparison I see that the safety part of the program is not present in the PLC. I downloaded all the blocks manual and then restarted the safety.

I think I haven't done something right but I cannot find what is the problem....

 I use Step7 5.7 SP2 HF1, Distributed safety is 5.4 SP5, F-config is 5.5 SP13 Upd1.

For two days I try all combinations. I even tried to put a FDI module and again I have no success reading the values. Only the diagnostic data which is no use to me :)

Does anyone have any idea where to look for my problem?

You don't separately call the safety program in OB1.

In the top pane, press Edit Safety Program, a new window opens. from there compile the safety program and then select download. That's all you need to do to transfer the safety program tot he PLC. Every time you edit the safety program, there will be CRC change, and you need to download the safety program again to the PLC.

If I remove the OB call nothing is calling the safety program and the FB is not being processed.
There is no by-default safety program call in the F-runtime group.

 This is a direct quote from the F1 help in Simatic Manager:

Rules for F-Run-Time Groups of the Safety Program

·    F-blocks must not be called directly in an OB; rather, they must be inserted into one or two F-run-time groups.
·    For optimal use of local data, you must call the F-CALL blocks (the F-run-time groups) directly in OBs (cyclic interrupt OBs, to the extent possible); you should not declare any additional local data in these cyclic interrupt OBs.
·    Within a cyclic interrupt OB, the F-CALL (the F-run-time group) should be executed before the standard user program; that is, it should be at the very beginning of the OB, so that the F-run-time group is always called at fixed time intervals, regardless of how long it takes to process the standard user program.
·    An F-CALL can only be called once. Multiple calls are not permitted and can cause the F-CPU to go to STOP mode.
·    The process input and output images from standard I/O and memory bits can be accessed from more than one F-run-time group.
·    F-FCs can generally be called in more than one F-run-time group.

 When a new F-Runtime group is created, the default F-Call path is OB35, if i remember correctly.

I removed it from OB1 and put it OB35 (i have tried this in the past as I saw a tutorial making it this way).

I added two ladder networks from the attached screenshot and now the PLC stops with this error:

I found a spare 1513F in our warehouse and the ET200SP periphery works without a problem.
I ran the test I needed to do with the analog modules but regardless I need to make it run on the 400F cpu for the actual project...

The FB is 2402 and is F_CTRL_2 and the module address is the last IW of the F-AI module.

By this "You don't have any safety related tags in the F-Block." you mean that the F data should be colored yellow?

 In Simatic Manager the F related tags are red, not yellow.
