Thanks for your link. However my system is located in racks connected together with IM360-IM361 and not Profibus DP or Profinet. Cheers,

If you you have modules with diagnostics enable that in the hardware config. When a fault occurs, OB 82 is triggerd (must be in PLC or PLC will stop) In this OB you can write a program to show witch module has an error. see the attached helpfile for more information.
