safety relay

qidiqi Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hi,any body can help me? I amconfused the safety relay. The relay type is Simens 3TK2840. One machine works while the door switch open,and old safety relay function is like these,the power (+) to A1,power(-)to A2,door switch (NC)connect to S11and S12,other chanel to S21 and S22 the relay out put is ON.when I switched thedoor SW off,the relay output still keeps ON. So I thought the safety relay is defectiveand replaced new one.but same thing as befor.even the new onedoesn't need reset,(and old one olso doesn't need reset),when the S11 and S12 ON,goes to ON and keeps ON.the only way make relay off is kill the power. I don't know why? I am apperciat any help.
