serious problem in CFC downloading

Hi dear friends.

since more than 1 month ago a serious problem occured in our Pcs7 system.

we have PCS7 v6.0 with one ES two redandunt servers and six clients.

when we want to download CFC charts to PLcs( from ES) an error message appeares on screen as follow:

Download(1739:321)

Error during S7 access:

Internal error: Unexpected result in a STEP 7 function {DB1000 0[6]}

Invalid definition for service ID 'TBI' - Error

description for 65535 not found.

I did every things same as: installing new PCS7 program and retriving fresh archieves. but problem didnt solve.

this is a serious problem in our systems. please help me. thank you for your favour.

I Saved as project as you wrote but caused 5 errors in CFC download ( about 5 FBs , they modified and need to compile again) I imported them in CFC ( option---> data type). but the errors come again.

how can i compile modified FBs?

our system is:

PCS7 v6.0 sp1

wincc 6.0

CEMAT v6.0

if i disconnect ES from LAN ,Our serious error in CFC download ( post title) doesnt appear. but when i connect Es to LAN it comes again after first restart.

I saved as project( with reorganisation) and the mentioned error in CFC download appeared again( Error CFC(1739:321)).

please help me more.

yes, we migrated program from PCS7 v5.2 to PCs7 v6.0 two years ago. and we didnt have any problem until one month ago.

I changed ES with another PC but problem didnt solved.

the important point is that when we connect ES to LAN, this error appears ( I changed all HDDs of PCs in LAN and reinstal new programs) . i disconnected ES from LAN since four days ago and dont have any problem.

after save..as project with reorganisation, when I want to download CFCs the mentioned error(CFC(1739:321)) appears and can not download anyway.

note: when this error appears, the PCS7 program or Windows( Win 2000) seem be damage, and we have to format HDD and reinstall all program again. some times formatting of HDD doesnt solve problem and must change HDD with a new HDD.

note: In Error log refer to SYSTEM_ERROR and a function : C_Lds7xc.( Attached file)

I also have the same problem from last one month. Im using PCS7 V7.0Sp1.
I formatted and reinstalled PCS 7 and retreived the archived Program. When i try to download the same error appeared. After that i formatted and reinstalled PCS7 in my ES. then i retreived the old backup which was in DVD and it was taken 2 months back. Now the problem is solved.

But i want to update the charts to new one. because it is a old backup taken 2 months back.
We did more modification after that.
I retreived the recent (infected) backup into my laptop. I generated the source and import the source into ES.and then i compiled, But i get more error.

Main Error is "parameter MSG_EVID in S7_Server"

Could anyone help me to solve this problem.
