SICAM PAS configuration

WinCC shows values of active energy from three energy meters, and calculates total demand, and import/export value using the three readings. Initially the system was working with no problems, but then one day one of the EM's started showing negative reading, and then after sometime of about 6 months another energy meter went into same problem. Local display on EM is showing correct value, but when monitored in CC or Value viewer the readings are coming in with a "-" sign. Any ideas on how to rectify this? Client does not have the configuration license. Only runtime-large is installed. BR, Anas

Also I have tried to find manuals for this product, but couldn't find any, specifically for SICAM PAS V7. Can anyone point in the right direction?
