Hello everyone,

I'm here today to ask for your help in solving the following issue.

I have an IM155-6 PN/2 HF with a TM PosInput1 inside, this module is connected to a Sick incremental encoder(datasheet attached). 

I have wired it as follows:

• TM pin 1 = Encoder A;
• TM pin 3 = Encoder A-;
• TM pin 5 = Encoder B;
• TM pin 7 = Encoder B-;
• TM pin 9 = Encoder Z(or N);
• TM pin 11 = Encoder Z- (or N-);
• TM pin 13 = Encoder power 5Vdc;
• TM pin 16 = Encoder GND;

Then I tried various configurations(tech object, fast mode, manual mode), but I always get an "ENC_ERROR" or "Incorrect encoder signal" and no values.

I'm pretty sure this should be an incremental encoder (A,B,N), not sure about signal evaluation and filter frequency thought; interface TTL and no reaction to N.

On the TM I have leds, 5V, 24V, PWR and DQ0 on, the other ones remain off. Strange thing is that when I power on the devices, if I remove the cable between the PLC and the ET200, so it does not receive the configuration from the PLC, I see the encoder signals leds A, B and N changing as I turn the encoder. So I thing I have a conf problem, but I really can't guess what it could be.
