gforce Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	I am using a Hardinge VMC II with a 810 D control. Everything appears to be normal except for my SF LED on the 810 D is on. My LED's are as follows: Left side +5v=Green,NF=Off,SF=Red and CB= Flashing Yellow Right Side: PR=Green,PS=Off,PF=Off and PFO=Off. My numeric display has a 6 and the operator screen has an " PLC has not Started" What causes System Fault LED to be on

Ekalavya Posts: 2964 Rating: (484)	Hello.... Looks like data (NC-PLC)is not there...Check whether NC datas( Machine data-part programs- offset-rpar) are available...does your MCP light are flashing? Are you using 810D with PCU20 / PCU50...If hcave the backups try clearing sthe NC-PLC and reload the same and check... Regards, Ekalavya

I used the the information you sent to create an Archive,but when I do and the information that is in the archive it is not what I saved.I am at a loss in what is in the NC and PLC as compared to the PCU.Am I correct in thinking that the data in the NC and PLC can be erased,but the PCU data is on the Hard Drive.How can I see what program data is on the Hard drive? Is there a way to re install data to the Hard Drive? Can I re install the correct info to the Hard Drive

Ekalavya Posts: 2964 Rating: (484)	Hello... The information what i have shared for loading also.....have you checked whether NC program -R parameter and tool offset are available??? In your case it looks like data loss hope so....but if you have created any backup you can try reloading the same from your PCU subject if you have already kept backup in it...or if you have Laptop installed with Simatic Manager S7300 Try connecting to it and check in PLC why it has gone to stop mode...back trace it.....suppose if rit comes necessaryto load the PLC backup you can load the same via Simatic manager....
