Simatic field PG - USB not working

The ports do not communicate with any devices and do not detect pendrives. Only charging usb devices works. In windows device manager appears some problem with Universal Serial Bus controllers: "This device cannot start. (Code 10)" (attached screen shot). Attachment problem.PNG (560 Downloads)
