Simens simatic pg m5

I have a siemens simatic pg m5 with backlight problems. when i connect the laptop to an external monitor the image on the monitor display is looking good.

i tried to change the display, the same problem.

i change the display cable with another new and the same thing happens.

i also tried to change the senzor from the keyboard and i examinate the mother board and everything looks good

Can you help me with this problem?

I would try to reinstall all the drivers:

Driver downloads for SIMATIC IPCs, SIMATIC Tablet PCs and SIMATIC Field PGs

If it does not work you might need a repair of the Field PG.
