Simodrive 611 fault: E-A037

Hi All,

I have a simodrive 611 system comunication with CPU 313-2DP by profibus. I have a problem flow:

- Led fautl and error of CPU 313-2DP ready  red, I use simatic manager to diagnostics to result : module configured but not available. 

- Check simodrive 611 have a fault: E-A037. 

In documentation fault code  E-A037 decription is" an error ocurred when loading the user data from the memory module. cause: data transfer error, FEPROM memory cell defective supplementary information : only for siemens-internal error diagnostic".

What does it mean and how to solve that problem?
