Simotion D425-2 DP/PN connection to PC

Dear all, hello.

My system is simoution D425-2 DP/PN, CU320-2 with sinamics S120.

 I want to connect my PC to it for upload project. It is mentioned that before I installed the simoution scout v4.3 and get the communication between simoution D425.

Communication between simotion and PC by profibus  adapter, as well as tried connection and through profinet.

 

In both events possible upload only HW configuration D425-2.

There are nodes with question mark after selection scaning of the accessible nodes.

I cannot fully upload my system. 

Please help me in order solving this problem.

How step by step make unloading the project?

can you attach a screen which devices found in accessible nodes?
It can be that on the S120 a newer FW Version is used which is not supported in Simotion Scout V4.3.

ok Scout not able to detect the device type.

Can you say which device type and which FW Version is on the X150 connected with IP 11.1.0.45?

ok IM151-3 and HMI not supported from Simotion Scout so the question Marks.

But now where is the Problem?
You say that you have a CU320-2 where is this devie connected?

A Upload of Simotion D is only possible if you have selected the option "download aditional Data in the Target System", is this option was not set on the Simotion you can't upload only the HW-Config of the Simotion Station but no Simotion Data like Programs and Technology Object.

sorry what you mean with Starter ? 

For a Upload of the SIMOTION Data (Programms, TO, Taskconfiguration) you need additional Data on the Simotion, this data normaly not loaded to decrease memory consumption.

Without this data you can't upload nothing from Simotion!

Try it:

Create a new empty project
Open HWConfig
Upload Station (select the new project and the accessible Simotion D Device)
Now the HW is uploaded, safe the project in HWConfig
go in Simotion Scout and online on the Simotion D
Start Upload to PG, if the additional Data is stored the Upload is performed without error, if not then you get some errors/Wrnings during the Upload and you can't use the uploaded data.

but no CU320-2 is found!

If a unknow S120 CU320-2 with newer FW is connected Scout also mark it with a question mark and in most cases it identifiy the type an FW Version.

But in you screens no CU320-2 is found, so how the CU320-2 is connected to the Simotion?
