Simotion & MP277 with WinCC flexible 2007

I have2 problems:
1) I have a project with simotion and a Pannel MP277. I made this project by a Protool->WINCC conversion. Everything was OK, but after a big modify to the simotion project, the WinCC flexible project lose the connection to the variables.
I used the reconnecting tool, but it doesn't work.
How can I make the reconnection? There are more then 1000 variables! I dont' want reconnect the variable one by one

2) I have a Simotion project wich contain the programs of 2 machine. Each one of these 2 machine has the same varibale (i.e. manual_A for machine A and manual_B for machine B). I have to do 2 pannels, one for each machine. I made the project for machine A, now I have to make the pannel project for machine B. The pannel pages are the same, I need only to change the variable froma machine A to machine B.
Is there a qick mode to do this operation? (remember, the name of the variables in simotion changes only by a case xxx_B instead of xxx_A)
