Simotion not go to RUN Mode during Power Restart

Hi Friends,

I am facing some problem in Simotion D435-2 Controller. After switch on the panel power Simotion not go to RUN mode. Instead it is in STOP mode only. In diagnostic buffer it shows that  "Error occurred while reading the IO variable". 

Kindly suggest me to solve this issue.

I called empty program in Execution Fault Task. But still Simotion in Stop mode after Power Restart.

What you are probably seeing is that your SIMOITION code is executing before your other peripherals have finished their startup routines.  This is especially noticeable when accessing SINAMOCS as the SIMOTION processor starts faster than the SINAMICS processor.  Three solutions:

1. (Silly way, but effective).  In the STARTUP Task, put a _Wait instruction for 5 or 10 seconds.

2. (What I do)  In the STARTUP Task, Read a variable from each peripheral and drive using _GetSafeValue.  If not OK< then _Wait one second and loop again.

3. Use the code generated using the Project Generator application.
