heema Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	hello I am using sinamic s 120 - cu320- 2dp in a baby diaper manufacturing machine , machine stop during operation , I found that ready LED in sinamics module flash red 2 HZ frequency . how can I solve the problem

If the RDY LED is red some fault occurrs and you must control it, for that you can use starter if you have no panel or BOP on the S120. Regards Christoph

If you don't have the STARTER SW then you should contact the Service Persoopnal for this machine which configuring the S120 System! Regards Christoph

You can download it from this link as it's license free, And through it you can go online with the drive and from diagnostics feature you can detect what the problem is. SINAMICS MICROMASTER STARTER V4.4 SP1 N.B. You will need PC adapter to connect your PC to the drive.

Hi, what you mean with "PC Adapter" ? The CU320-2DP have a LAN Interface X127 with which you can connect the S120 to the PC with a normal Ethernet Network Card. Regards Christoph
