Sinamic S120 CU320 F7300

Dear Experts,

I have encounter with F07300 ffault of CU320.

I have checked P861 = 200 ms.

How can I reset this fault ?

How can I reset Infeed fault after resolve this problem ?

F07300 = Line contactor feedback signal missing. 

Please check line contactor NC is configured for feedback signal & when the enable signal is applied, line contactor should get pick up & same time feed back signal (DI) should go low. Please check the electrical wiring of DI/DO. (refer attached sheet)

Do you mean the 24Vdc Signal from Magnetic contactor will go into DI of CU320 ?

Which input of DI terminal inside CU320 I have to check ?

If PLC and CU320 configuration via PROFINET How can I check it please ?

How the infeed module line supply contactor is controled?

Hello,

P0860 = Signal source for feedback signal from line contactor.

From the ddetails you provided, drive is controlled by PLC via free BICO. In your case P0860 = r2090.11

Please check the PLC logic & check if the contactor gets closed before feedback signal i.e. check status word from drive ZSW1.12

P2080 is binector connector converter ZSW1 & r2090 is PZD1 receiver bit serial. To infeed module the connection seems to be interchanged.

Have you or any body else changed these parameters? or check PLC/ drive communication parameters. 

How this problem occured? You need to check logic carefully.

The problem from NC contact of infeed magnetic have problem.

I have changed new one and F7300 removed.

I need to know more as previous picture.

What is Line contactor enable ? Is it hardware or software ?

What is Line contactor enable IN and OUT signal ?

What is Infeed enable OUT signal ?

Nice to learn your problem is solved.

In your attached picture, Line contactor enble block is software & physical wiring of contactor NC is hardware.

Line contactor enable IN OUT signals are DI/DO inacse of hardwiring where as in case of profidrive/profinet communication, it is bit tranfer via control word & status word.

Infeed enable output signal indicates close loop operation completed & needs to configure in further logic.

Please download & refer SINAMICS S120/S150 manual, chapter Function diagram, 3.10 sequence control to understand answers of your questions.
