Sinamics DCM F60030, F60031 and Vibration

Hello all,

I am Commissioning 3 Sinamics DCM for RTG Crane I am facing following problems very much in different different drives: 

1. F60031: i have already done speed controller optimization but still some times drive trips. 

2. F60030: whenever i want to do optimization run commutation failure F60030 fault occurs. 

3. Vdc voltage higher then required:My line supply voltage is 460 and above and motor rated 400 v, Output dc voltage always higher then 450V (upto 500V) how to make it 400V. I have read in diagnostic manual that Vdc = line supply*1.05. but line supply can not be reduced to 380V to get 400Vdc.

4. When Hoist up mechanically big vibration is observing.

Have you selected correct drive according to your incoming supply voltage?

If your incoming supply voltage is 460 V you must select drive with MLFB number 6RA80xx-6FV62-0AA0 (4Q). If you have selected drive with MLFB number 6RAxx-6DV62-0AA0 (4Q) then you need to connect step down transformer of adequate capacity at drive AC input side (480 Delta primary / 400 V Star secondary)

Drive is 400V and Catalog says (+15%/-20%), it means it should work upto 460V.

If i dont have option to change drive and lower the supply to 400V at transformer:

• At this point, Can I continue to work with same drive

                               or

• I must change the drive.

can you please go through the backup attached and tell me some imp changes should be done?
