Sinamics motor current and temperature high.

Shams Posts: 23 Rating: (1)	Dear All, This is regarding theSinamics S150 800 KW, 660/690 V, Type No: 6SL3710-7LH38-1AA0. The motor ratings are 850 HP, 660 V, 727 Amps, 744 RPM, 60 Hz, MOTOR 850HP, TEFC, 750rpm, 30/50/660, 1.0 SF, FRAME 788S, horizontal foot mount, 230V space heater, 2 bearing RTD, 6 Stator RTD, copper rotor: Type No: 1LA270A-3NM90-Z. It is running fine but now the motor is reaching 100% Amps at 83 % Speed this is preventing the pump to reach its operating point. The winding and the bearing temperature is also high. The no load operating current was measured 111 Amps at 100 % speed, 660 Volts power supply with delta connection. Initially I thought that might be the motor connections are wrong butthe motor connections are delta connected ie., 1&6, 2&4, 3&5.The temperature threshold alarm and the trip is set in the driveas 130 degrees and 145 degrees. But the problem is the winding temperature and the bearing temperature is reaching the trip setpoint. what can we do at the drive parameter side to make it normal. Regards, Shams
