Sinamics S120 Controller enabled p9

Rino123 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	We have a problem to download our project to the target system. We get a download error like you see in the attachement. We already tried to restore to factory settings, but we get the same warning and error again. Thanks Attachment P9fout.JPG (641 Downloads)

Dave Posts: 271 Rating: (29)	Hello Rino123, It's clear that the reason for not being able to download or clear the drive settings is due to the fact that the unit you're working with is enabled. I recommend that you consider disconnecting your controller (i.e., Simotion, Sinumerik, etc.) and work with the drive as a stand alone unit. Then the only enables would come from your STARTER tool (e.g., via the Control Panel). Try again. Hope this helps...

Your SINAMICS is in operating mode with all enable bits are set on the drive. Take a look on the tab "Diagnostic overview" there you can see the actual state of alle drive components in your system. To download a new configuration no component is in state"Operation". If there any component with state Operation you must disable it to download. Regards christoph
