Sinumerik 802D SL works now with Sinamics S120. System shows following faults: 231897|Axis Z1 drive 2 DRIVE-CLiQ: No communication to component. That was the case! After I only change the cables, the problem change from axis. But I don't know if the cable or the device is faulty? And why would the device be faulty, the machine arrived in 2012, not long ago... I think the problem is hardware, because Sinumerik 802D SL has a buil-in function to: Load Sinamics Firmware, Load default parameters and Topology recognise. So Software is well configured, as it should come from factory. One should not change anything, in order to work...? I have tried different methods, I investigate about the faults, but I don't find to get anywhere. Still stuck with the same faults. Do you have any indication or recommendation? problem with smi20 so change same smi then check alarm will clear so trail purpose u can use same model no smi if alarm reset then problem is smi only . |
