Sinamics telegram library + TIA Portal V14 SP1 + S120

I got a problem with installing «Sinamics telegram library».

I have a TIA Portal V14 SP1.

Library was downloaded from here (V13 SP1):

https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/document/82841762/sinamics-g-s%3A-configuration-of-standard-telegrams-in-tia-portal?dti=0&lc=en-WW 

And then error occurred (screens are attached).

I changed the source and destination paths (all path’s folders in english), but it did not help.

Also looked through this post:

And again – nothing useful.

What should I do ?

Or I should write these data structures manually and

then configre it separeatly in TIA Portal and STARTER ??

 have you tried to do that yet with english or german Windows regional settings?

Also, pay attention to following:

• tool ->language, probably youre OS language and project/PLC language settings have mismatch.
  

In other words, bring everything in compliance with engish/german language.

Tried that method just few minutes ago.

No positive rezult, unfortunately.

However, there were some changes:

1.There was no conversion process before error.

(But the request dialog appeared and I clicked "Yes")

2.Almost immidiately appeared error: "Opening the global library failed"

Is there any other methods?

 We still don't use TIA, by some reasons.

Try to look here: TIA V14 drivelib, blocks, etc.
