Single ended WinCC with S7 400H

Hi,

Can I use a standard Ethernet Card in a standard PC for a single ended WinCC with S7-400H? If I use REDCONNECT @ the PC, it should be able to connect/switchover between the 2 CPUs? Please refer to the configuration attached.

In this case, can I use SOFTNET Lean, which comes free with WinCC V7.2?
