Crego Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	I just purchased 4 of these Motor Starters Part# 3RT 1065-6AB36 and they won't pull in unless I tap on the contactors on the side. I have to do this every timeIapply power to it. My wire connections are clean, so I don't know what the problem is. If I was having a problem with only one of the starters I would think it was on my end, but since all 4 are giving me the same problem, I am wondering if it's a design issue? Any solutions to this problem?

Crego Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Thanks for the comments. I'm using a 40A 24V DC power supply.I'm wondering if there is aproblem with the actual contactors not closing properly on the motor starters. It doesn't make sense to me why it pulls inafter i tap the contactor with thefat end of the screw driver. Thank you for the data sheet.

kanan Posts: 133 Rating: (2)	hi Crego. if you still have problem-make shure (use Ohm Meter)that your contactor A1 and A2 contacts for magnetic coil do not broken. It is strange that all 3 contactors have the same problem-may be connection wrong? And -for answer why contactor tap keep closed after when you push it down-because current which going thrue contacts creat force to hold it closed. regards

Dear Crego, Thanx for your post,if you still facing this prblem then you have to contact to your vendor from whom to buy this product they will check the product if its realy a faulty then they must have to replace the same.
