Siwarex CS error

maddyk Experienced Member Joined: 4/30/2012 Last visit: 9/23/2024 Posts: 55 Rating: (1)	Dear All, I am using Siwarex CS (7MH4910-0AA01)weighing modules in my project. I disconnected load cell from siwarex module to change load cell. As i Disconnected load cell My HMI shows ERROR in HMI Weight Field. After connecting load cell it showing error. after PLC on/OFF it was start working. is there any way to reset this error without restarting the PLC. Thanks in advance. Regards, Maddy.

But this depends on your S7-project. In the Siwarex CS Getting Started project from Siemens only the error flag DB100.DBX21.6 is set to TRUE by disconecting the load cells. This flag stays to TRUE even by connecting the load cells again to the Siwarex CS module. All error flags can be reset by setting the flag M20.0 for one-time to TRUE. Setting this flag M20.0 to TRUE is already projected at the HMI-panel into the Getting Started project. Best regards Siwarexi
