Siwarex JB

Sebastian_NLS Posts: 32 Rating: (0)	Hello, I have a siwarex JB instaled with 3 load cells (not siemens) 4-Wires Type. The system is working but, I move the position of the load in the plataform ,the wheight change, i read that others JB or "adding board" (placa sumadora) have potenciometers for the calibration of the cells. My Siwarex JB 7MH4710-1BA have not potenciometers. This is posible? What is the diference in load cells of 4 Wires or 6 Wires? The load cells with 6 wires dont need a potenciometer in JB? I connect the cells correctly. But other persons tell me of the potenciometers in JB but the JB Siemens Have Not potenciometers... The siwarex MS (s7-200) and the Siwarex U (s7-300) have any diference of the type load cells that admits. Thanks!

Please take a look into the following document: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/32467393 There you can find the calibrationinto the chapter 6.3 “Corner load adjustment”, especially the chapter 6.3.3 . The diference of 4 Wires or 6 Wires is: 4 Wires load cells have no Sense-wires, so you have to do a bridge into the JB between: - EXC+ and SEN+ - EXC- and SEN- Please see also into the document with the upper link the chapter 5.3 . The load cells with 6 wires need also resistors in the JB. You can connect to the Siwarex MS (S7-200) and the Siwarex U (S7-300) the same load cells (load cells with strain gauge principle).
