Siwarex WP321 StartUp problem

adminals Member Joined: 4/28/2015 Last visit: 11/2/2023 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hello! I’m trying to get data from siwarex WP321 modules in my project. My system is CPU1518 (FW 2.6.4 + TIA Portal 15.1) + some ET200sp stations connected by profinet. On one of this stations i have two siwarex wp321 modules (FW 1.4.3). I can connect to this modules by RS485 and Siwarex tool and i can read/write data records using siwarex tool. There is no any errors in siwarex tool. But when i’m trying to get data in PLC program (i used Ready-for-use-small TIA Portal)i can’t read or write any data record. I always have bo_StartUp = TRUE Can anybody help me with this problem? Which Base Unit (white or grey) did you choose in the Device configuration? 3. Which Base Unit (white or grey) are you using in reality in the ET200SP-station? Try these tips, please: 4. Rebuild the Hardware again, see also the attached file, please. Download the Hardware to your PLC. Are the WP321 modules working now? If not: 5. Base Units in the Device configuration first WP321 module - white, second - grey. 3. Base Units in reality - first WP321 module - white, second - grey. I tried everything you advised, but the result is the same: I can’t get any data from modules Siwarex WP321 (all data records are clear). I made «Hardware (rebuild all)» → Download Hardware → «Software (rebuild all) → Download «Software all» Then i deleted all WP321 Modulse in ET200SP station and inserted it again. I changed a new Hardware identifer in PLC program and made the same procedure: «Hardware (rebuild all)» → Download Hardware → «Software (rebuild all) → Download «Software all». But the modules are with bo_StartUp = TRUE and bo_StartUpErro — Blink FALSE/TRUE in Siwarex data block. I tried to use two function blocks: WP321DR version 4.4 and WP321DRS version 4.1. (see attache file) I also connected to modules by SIWAREX TOOL (by RS485) and i checked that there are no errors and module are not in service mode. I don’t know what can i do more =( I will be greatful for any help, thanks! Attachment 3.png (361 Downloads)

Can you send to me one photo, in which I can see the LEDs of the two Siwarex WP321 modules, please? 2. Can you download the Ready-for-Use project (the first Download-link) from this webside, please: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/94109373 Use the Ready-for-Use project with the FB321 V4.4. Call only the first WP321 with this Ready-for-Use project: Is the fist WP321 running now? 3. I saw in your screenshot, that you are using the Multiplex-project: Did you follow the procedure how to use the Multiplex-project? There exist a pdf-file. In this pdf-file, the procedure is explained how to use the Multiplex-project. 4. Send to me your TIA Portal project, please. I would like to take a look into it. Maybe I find a mistake. (I don't need your visualisation, only the FB321 call in your S7-program and your Device configuration.) Best regards Siwarexi
