Dear Experts, In one of my project we are having a S7 400H system with ET 200M modules. The problem is that we want to have slot diagnostics and we have prepared the software also. This is working fine for Analog input and output Modules when we enable the hardware diagnostics while configuring the modules but for digital I/Os there is no such option and so the logic is not working. I am attaching diagnostic part of the software. Please give suggestions Thanks and Regards Nandlal Pal

Hello Nandlal Pal "simple"DI/DQ modules have no diagnostic capabilityso you won't be able to read any Diagnostic data from them. If this is required, you'd need to get Diagnostic capable DI/DQ modules. The technical spec of the card will tell you if Diagnostic messages are supported, e.g. the 6ES7321-1BL00-0AA0 has none, the 6ES7321-7BH80-0BA0 has it (the same applies for DQ modules).
