SM331, suddenly first four channels shows overflows

Hello Everbody,
I am using SM331 (6ES7 331-7KF02-0AB0) .first four channels i have configured for 2 wires transducers and last 4 channels for 4 wires transducers.normally all are working fine but some time suddenly first four channels(2 wires transducers) shows overflows.
then these four channels behaves normal if i switched on/off power of PLC. But every time by switching power on/off problem is not solving.
please tell me some solution.

Hello,

It depends upon lot many parameters, e.g. how it is wired up, what analog parameter is measured like voltage or current, range, resolution set, sensors used etc. etc.

Could you please share more details about it?
