Soft-start is not warning

Current Start through soft-start as same as current start live. But soft-start is not warning. Could you show me how to fix it? START-> led Start/stopping light, led Motor running light. After START about 12s -> led Start/Stopping off, led motor running still light. Stop -> led start/stopping light about 30s, after off, and led ready light. All leds are not flashing, not fault. Problem is not soft when START. Current START through soft-start as same as current START live. Regards
