Dear DesignTech, as you could find in previous posts mentioned by others, if you didn't yet - what you need is this: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/42813619, which means to order product of number6ES7810-5CC11-0YA7, which is the DVD carrier for latest version of Step7 Professional 2010 (including SP2). If you had SUS active by the time of release, you should have received it and thereby should complain to your local siemens supplier, otherwise itgoes for somewhat€25ish. By the way,it was mentioned in the post from Azteke0110, so just read up the answer to your question perhaps. (http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/57026339- to quote it "The DVD with the STEP 7 Professional Edition 2010 Service Release 2 also includes the SP2 of STEP 7 V5.5 The order no. ist: 6ES7810-5CC11-0YA7").
