Tested PPCL program to calculate hour of sunrise and hour of sunset

This program requires four inputs. Command and increment N using PPCL, while PHI, LST, and LLOC are the
user input constants.

• N The number of the day of the year
• PHI The latitude of the location in question, with North positive
• LST The standard meridian for the location in question
• LLOC The local longitude for the location in question, in degrees West

NOTE:Latitude and longitude values for various U.S. and international cities can be found in the
1989 ASHRAE Fundamentals Handbook, Chapter 24 (pages 24.4 through 24.22).
