Switch from 12Mb to 24Mb SMC

Hi guys,

I have nearly the same issue.I want to switch from 12Mb  to 24Mb SMC.

May somebody list the steps that I have to take to copy all what I have in the 12 MB SMC to the 24 MB SMC and put the system on again in the fastest way?
