Hello Gerdoo, I think you have a problem with the connection of the S120 with the 317TF. You connected the drive to the Technology CPU like a drive without safety functions. But you have to give back the status information of the safety functions of the drive to the CPU. For doing this, please see the "Getting Started" of the CPU317TF: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/de/48350456/0/en In chapter 4.8 you will find informations to configure the safety-communiction between drive an CPU. In chapter 4.10 you see the signals, you have to bring back to the Technology CPU to have not such a reaction you get at the moment. You could configure this signals manually, like it is descripted in the Getting Started or you will find a script for the S120 on the S7-Technology DVD. After all, I think you have to re-generate the technology data blocks of your project, like it is descripted in chapter 5.1 of the Getting Started. And if you need more informations of the safety functions of the S120, please see also the document: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/de/48206059 For the evaluation of the safety functions you could also see the document: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/de/47393794 I hope, this information will help you...
