Hello everyone! Please excuse my bad English. There is a task to receive data from the «cerberus» fire alarm system (one main panel and two slave panels) through the NK8237 gateway in TIA Portal 19. The fire alarm technician completes his work by configuring the NK8237 and demonstrates the result using the “NK823x Modbus Client” program (or also in “Modbus Pull”). In this case, the NK gateway and fire panels provide their data from the same IP address and gateway, different slave addresses. When connections are created in TIA Portal for one IP address and different slave addresses, then we can receive data only from one of the devices, which is arbitrarily defined in each connection. This is different from what we see in the "NK823x Modbus Client". If you specify a different port for each connection, then the connection works for each unique port in one IP (we get a separate gateway subscriber for each device). Question: how can I configure connections in TIA Portal to receive data from all four devices in one IP address? Or is this impossible? The situation is further complicated by the fact that two different workstations (these are two TIA Portals, two licenses) must work in parallel (simultaneously). The NK gateway can provide data to four different subscribers (this is defined in the documentation for this device). The example in the pictures concerns one NK gateway and one fire panel.
