I have win7 ultimate sp1 64bit and I have step7 basic/professional v11 sp2. But be not installation on my pc.

I have TIA Portal V13, But I can't upload from PLC 1200 with V11 program. I don't know what do I do?

Hello mordab,

you try to install the SP2 for TIA V11 on a system which have no TIA V11 installed, so this installation failed.

Which error occurrs if you upload the Data with V13 exactly?

I have two problem .

1_ we have a PLC 1200 with v11 program, I can't upload it with v13 . the error of upload isn't here now. but i will attach it on the this page next time .
2_ I  can't installation v11 on the my PC .i removed full tia v13 and when install step7 v11 i saw this error.

please read carefully the answers you get !
YOU DON'T INSTALL TIA V11!!

For the setup you will install you need a installed Version of TIA V11.0 to Update this installation to TIA V11.0 SP2 !

So you have no Full TIA Setup, only a update setup!

Hello,

since TIA V11 is phased out no download is available for V11.

The download is not suitable for new installations (e.g. on Windows 7 64-bit operating systems). Here you require the STEP 7 Professional V11 SP2 Trial DVD (order no. 6ES7822-1AA01-0YA7). 

You can try to order the TRIAL V11 from SIEMENS.

What options are available in STEP 7 (TIA Portal) for uploading when the project in the CPU has been created with a different version?

Is this what we want and accept as programmers ?

I think Siemens is going the wrong road here....

In Classic the newer Step7 software was always compatible with older projects and uploads.

Lately we discovered that even after installing a service pack (V13 SP1) we were no longer capable to run a simple compare with an Online 1500 program which was downloaded with a V13 (without SP1). I guess uploading wasn't possible either....

Where is this going ?

Comparing:
If you use the V13 Compatibility mode you can make the Compare without problems.
If you update the Project to V13.SP1 new Compiler/Compilersettings used -> no compile until you download the Program

Have you a demonstration that the upload is not Possible?

The ThreadOwner have never say which problem he have exactly with the Upload!
