But my problem is, how can i detect the maximum number of data records for those alarms (because its variable). I made the following script but i can;t detect the EOF (/ of end of the alarms). Ps. i use WinCC professional Runtime When you have a solution to limit the Hitlist -> max data records (limited by the alarms of that day) then please let me know!

I think it works this way, that you eighter make a selection for which day you want to get your statistics (then you automatically have got a number of messages, which is of course variable) or you define a maximum of data records for statistics. If you want to get a report for statistic messages of a special day you want to get all of them, don't you? Best regards Bizur

For example: I want to print a report (every day at 23h59) from the last 24 hours. So i used the alarm control (add this to my report) and i set the time span at 24 hours. But when i set themaximum number of data records at 10 i only see 10 records (of course). But when i set themaximum number of data records for example at 2000, and there are only 900 messages, and i see nothing at my alarm control (i tested this in a normal page). My problems right now is, that i have to set the time period AND themaximum number of data records... But i don't know thismaximum number of data records.. So i tried to make a script to count them (with a loop do until etc.). Ps. so far i can see the alarm control don't calculate the maximum number of data records auto. I hope you understand my problem Regard,

Bizur Posts: 1530 Rating: (59)	Hello Enia, I just tested it this way, that I set time range for statistics in alarm control itself, e. g. to 1xDay and then print this out. This (standard)report I started via printer buttonthen only showed messages of current day. So I think I have to test it another way, but nevertheless I think it shouldn't be necessary to define maximum of numbers by the user, if user already told the system about the time range. And did you have WinCC TIA pro V12 ? I send them a mail allready but they are saying to me that i have to pay for scripting support.

Bizur Posts: 1530 Rating: (59)	Hello Enia, concerning Technical Support, I would not ask for scripting help, just for information about, whether user really has to actualize maximum of data records for statistics. I tested it with WinCC V7.2, not with TIA. I think this feature should work the same in both. Did you generally try to create a report for one day via alarm control, how I described in my post? Maybe it would be good to check this, too. Best regards Bizur
